1. Redemption Rate

The conversion rate between reward points and cash is variable, and the current rate is 1:1.
Redeemed credits can be used toward any purchase on the Lenwell website.

2. Withdrawal Rules

You must accumulate at least 800 points before you can request a withdrawal.
All withdrawal requests are subject to approval.
If any suspicious or fraudulent activity (such as chargebacks or false refunds) is detected, Lenwell reserves the right to deny withdrawal requests. To request a withdrawal, please click the link: Withdraw.
