At Lenwell Corp, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through lenwellcorp.com and is designed for our business (B2B) customers such as repair shops, resellers, and service providers.1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return request is submitted within 15 days from the date of delivery
- Product is verified by our quality control team upon return
Non-returnable items include:
- Opened or used screens, parts, or tools
- Items with damaged packaging or missing labels
- Custom orders or special-request products
- LCDs with tampered stickers or removed QR seals
All returned products will undergo functionality and condition inspection by Lenwell’s QC team. Lenwell reserves the final determination of product condition and refund eligibility.
2. Return Process
Contact us at service@lenwellcorp.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if eligible.
Ship the items to the provided address with the RMA number clearly marked. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to a Lenwell error.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after inspection. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or credited to your business account balance. In case of partial returns, only the value of returned items will be refunded.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange a defective item for the same model, contact us first. Replacements are shipped once the defective product is received and verified.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue promptly with replacement or refund options.
