At Lenwell Corp, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship products purchased from lenwellcorp.com to our business customers across the United States.

1. Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. If an item is out of stock or requires special handling, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Methods

We primarily ship through UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail depending on your order size, weight, and location.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (Free shipping to the United States for orders over $37)

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (additional charges apply)

  • Local Pickup: Available for verified business customers in Houston, TX

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Free shipping promotions (if available) apply only to qualifying orders and will be clearly stated on our website.

4. Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, Lenwell Corp is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers (UPS/FedEx/USPS)
  • Weather or natural disasters
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
  • Customs or import restrictions
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Claims made after 48 hours from delivery (based on tracking data) will not be eligible for carrier claim assistance or replacement.
  2. Send clear photos of the damaged items and packaging to service@lenwellcorp.com.
  3. We will assist in filing a carrier claim and, if verified, send a replacement or credit accordingly.
  4. All shipments include standard carrier insurance coverage (up to $100). Customers requiring higher coverage must notify us before shipment so we can arrange additional insurance at their expense. Lenwell Corp is not responsible for uninsured value beyond the carrier's coverage limit.
6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping charges.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. For international business customers, please contact us for special arrangements or freight forwarding options.

8. LCD Buyback & Return Shipments

For LCD buyback submissions or warranty returns, customers must use the provided RMA form and shipping label. Unauthorized shipments without RMA identification may experience processing delays.

9. Force Majeure

Lenwell Corp shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or carrier disruptions.
