If additional issues requiring extra costs are identified, we will notify you in advance and proceed only with your permission. Once repairs are complete, the device will be returned to you. What's the process?

Select your device model and describe the issue to request a repair quote. Follow the instructions to start your repair process. Contact Lenwell customer service if you need any assistance

Send your device to Lenwell following the provided instructions.

After receiving your package, Lenwell will notify you and begin the repair process. Should there be any issues, Lenwell will contact you promptly.

Once the repair is completed, your device will be safely returned to you.

Repair Service Policy

  • If the device password is not provided or the device cannot be inspected, we will only repair the specified issue and are not responsible for uninspected components.
  • Water damage devices are not covered under warranty.
  • The warranty applies only to parts repaired or replaced by Lenwell.
  • Submitting devices to Lenwell for repair constitutes agreement to the above terms. Lenwell retains the final right to interpret and modify these terms.
